Benjamin has been with the company since graduating from Louisiana Tech University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aviation, with a minor in airport management. He has had extensive on-site and "hands-on" experience with various multi-family property issues as he's been working in the industry for more than 10 years. He has been active in everything from maintenance, tenant relations, property management supervision, eviction and court proceedings, leasing, maintenance and rehab coordination, property marketing (both for leasing and disposition), real estate brokerage, and most recently corporate administration and business development.
