Phillips Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. has been providing premier apartment and commercial real estate services in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market since 1999.  Our team of associate brokers and associates serve our clients in both seller and buyer representation, landlord and tenant representation, real estate consultation, due diligence, analysis, and property management.

As owners, property managers, investors, and users ourselves, the Phillips Commercial company have a deep personal interest in the business of commercial real estate.  We believe that thorough analysis of property information, market research, attention to detail, and expansive marketing are the success of any real estate investor, landlord, or user.

Brief History

Phillips Commercial started out exclusively as an apartment broker in Dallas, TX in 1999.  Over a few years, the company grew into a full service apartment brokerage, management, and maintenance company for the entire DFW market area.  From one commercial broker to over ten; from 43 units of apartment management to over 2,900 units, condominium HOA, office, and retail center management; from a staff of 3 to a staff of over 60 employees ranging from interns, adminstrators, sales agents, leasing agents, property managers, and maintenance technicians.  Phillips Commercial has experienced the rapid growth and retraction in commercial real estate in Dallas, TX, and we're here to stay.
