Consistently a TOP PRODUCER at Phillips Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Derrick Caballero has been an associate on their multi-family brokerage team for the last 10 years. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a near life-long Texan, Derrick knows and follows the market and trends across the state. While he has closed retail, office, and land transactions, his main focus is on B and C Class multi-family properties in multiple markets in Texas ranging from 50 to 500 units.

As an active investor of real estate himself since 1990, Derrick believes in the business of real estate as a means to financial success, and shares that belief, knowledge, and expertise with the many clients he does business with on a day-to-day basis. Because of his unique position, Derrick is able to understand and view assets from an investor’s perspective as well as a property owner. His professional work ethic, attitude, and honesty, have helped to secure an extensive base of investors across the nation and overseas, who believe and trust him with their investments in Texas and elsewhere. He has worked both as a Buyer’s Representative and Seller’s Representative during his career, and in that regard, works well as a middle man in negotiating transactions between parties.

Derrick is currently a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the National Association of Realtors, and was also recognized as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s Top Fifty Commercial Brokers of 2008.
